According to difference temperature of inlet steam, PRDS was usually classified as bellow:
Middle pressure and temperature PRDS:
Inlet Steam Pressure: P1≤3.82 MPa, Inlet Steam Temperature: T1≤450 DegreeC
Intermediate pressure and temperature PRDS:
Inlet Steam Pressure: P1≤5.4 MPa, Inlet Steam Temperature: ≤485 DegreeC
High pressure and temperature PRDS:
Inlet Steam Pressure: P1≤10 MPa, Inlet Steam Temperature: ≤540 DegreeC
About steam flow range Q, usually between of 30%~100% is best for operation and performance.
About material of PRDS, is usually selected as bellow:
1.For Middle pressure and temperature PRDS, T1≤450 DegreeC, Pressure Reducing Valve assembling: WCB, Pipe: 20G (A106B).
2.For Intermediate pressure and temperature PRDS, T1≤485 DegreeC, Pressure Reducing Valve assembling: ZG15CrMo(WC6), Pipe: 15CrMo (P11).
3.For High pressure and temperature PRDS, T1≤540 DegreeC, Pressure Reducing Valve assembling: ZG15Cr1Mo1V,(WC6, WC9), Pipe: 12Cr1MoV(P11, P91).
4.For Water supply valve and assembling, usually apply with 25# (A106B) or stainless steel. For water supply pipe, usually apply with 20G (A106B).
